Cranford-based Certified Public Accountants and Advisors MSPC announced on Tuesday that Najoung Kim has been named a partner at the firm.
Kim joined the firm in 2006 and has two decades of experience providing audit and assurance services to publicly traded and private companies. During her career, she has worked extensively with international clients, particularly in China and Hong Kong.
Kim has experience in various industries including manufacturing, brokerage, hospitality, media, construction, technology, finance, healthcare, mining and shipping. Kim has extensive experience in SEC filings, including initial registration statements and reverse mergers, accounting for complex stock transactions, accounting for business combinations, and international consolidations. Kim enjoys collaborating on audit and advisory work with member firms of Moore Global Ltd. from various countries. She often does Schedule K work, reviewing the working papers of non-U.S. auditing firms that report on U.S.-listed companies, to determine whether the working papers comply with auditing standards.
